Common questions
Which products need verification?
Products marked Professional use only on the product page. Everything else can be bought without verification.
How long does verification take?
Usually within 1-2 business days after we receive your license copy. We check your details against the issuing state's public license lookup and email you when your account is upgraded.
Can my team order under my license?
Each person who orders needs their own Curebrook account, so please don't share logins. Team members ordering for a licensed professional can submit that professional's license details and mention them in the notes. We'll confirm the link before approving.
Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?
Yes, for eligible organizations. Email your sales tax exemption or resale certificate to hello@curebrook.com with your organization's name and the email address on your Curebrook account. We'll confirm by email once your account is set up for tax-exempt orders.
What if I order before I'm verified?
We'll hold your order and email you. Nothing ships until your license is verified. If we can't verify it, we refund the professional-only item in full and ship the rest of your order.
