- A12 Patient Chair (A12-H), hydraulic lift
- A12 Radius delivery unit (FDU-201R): swing-mount TRAD-2002 tray, clean water bottle system, syringe, 3 handpiece positions, deluxe touchpad, junction box and utilities
- A12 Radius assistant instrumentation (AI-1415) with support link and cover (SL-2001)
- Torch LED light (LL-305F) on a Radius swing-mount light arm (RL-6001)
- Porcelain cuspidor with lower support arm, timed cup fill and bowl rinse (CUSP-1616)
- Upholstery colour and style are chosen when you order; we confirm your choice with you before Flight builds the chair
- Flight package number: A12HP-100
- Upholstery: standard vinyl in Black, Light Grey, Stone, Honesty, Red, Valley, Chaps, Marmalade or Wood Violet, or Ultraleather in Taupe or Walnut; Asepsis Seamless or Sewn Pillowtop style. "Custom colour" adds Flight's custom-colour charge.
